House-made creamy garbanzo bean spread made with, rich tahini, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, middle eastern spices topped with slowly roasted spiced garbanzo beans, sumac and fresh arugula. Served on a lightly toasted multigrain slice.
